• I don't know why I love this recipe so much, but I do. It's easy to make, tastes great and makes people in the lunchroom at work envious when you bring the leftovers in your lunch the next day. My ultra-picky husband likes these - but I didn't clue him in on the fat-free sour cream (he would have never eaten them if I had told him). And he didn't notice. I use Latortilla Factory Whole Wheat Tortillas, which I thought might be gross, but they were soft and delicious. Definitely two thumbs up on this recipe!
