Ways to use Laughing Cow Cheese

Miscellaneous tips from the WW message boards

  • Use it instead of mayo on a wrap or sandwich. It's great with lean ham or turkey.

  • Dip baby carrots into it.

  • Spread it on a Wasa cracker and top with fresh sliced mushrooms or tomatoes.

  • I also like to put Laughing Cow on bagels and english muffins.

  • I have it on Triscuits or other low fat crackers.

  • I love it on english muffins with a boca burger

  • Spread it on an english muffin with sf strawberry jam(taste like a danish).

  • I put in in boiled eggs when i take the yolk out.

  • I make tomato sandwiches and I use the garlic herb in place of mayo. Its delicious and low points.

  • I love LC in an egg white omelet!

  • I just put it right in my mouth, :)

  • Melt the garlic and herb one (actually any of the flavors) on a baked potato.

  • I use it for stuffed mushrooms. I separate the wedge into smaller pieces add breadcrumbs and just recently tried using some crab meat stuff the mushroom and bake. Low point treat that is really delicious.

  • The light swiss spread on 1 oz of low sodium ham and then stuffed in a chicken breast

  • The garlic & herb mashed and stirred into 1 tsp red wine vinegar and chopped scallions for salad dressing

  • I eat it with pretzels.

  • I put it on a fat free hotdog, on a light bun, with ketchup. It is a cheese dog. Very tasty.

  • I spread the light swiss on an english muffin or a bagel and sprinkle with sans sucre cinnamon sugar substitute...really yummy!!

  • Saute some peppers onions and mushrooms, add some thin sliced roast beef, heat, add wedge of cheese and melt. Put on a whole wheat bun or wrap in a tortilla and you have an AWESOME sandwich!
