Vanilla Better Than Sex Cake
Yield: 20 servings; 4 points per serving
1 package pudding-type yellow cake dry mix
10 oz water
1 egg white
20 oz Del Monte Crushed Pineapple In Its Own Juice
1/2 cup SPLENDA
4 serving fat-free sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup shredded coconut
8 oz Cool Whip Free Whipped Topping
Mix together cake mix, water, and egg white. Bake in greased and floured 9x13 pan for time directed on cake mix box.
While cake is baking combine undrained pineapple, Splenda, vanilla pudding mix and coconut in saucepan and simmer on top stove for 10 minutes. Remove cake from oven when done and immediately poke holes into cake with straw or wooden spoon handle. Immediately pour pineapple mixture over cake while both are still warm. Cool.
Spread 8 oz container of cool whip on top. If desired sprinkle with 1/2 cup chopped pecans (add extra points). Chill at least two hours.

Chocolate Chip Better Than Sex Cake
6 ounces Chocolate chips
3/4 cup pecans -- chopped
1 box chocolate cake mix
10 ounces diet cola
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 1/2 ounces sf -- ff chocolate pudding mix
8 ounces ff sour cream
1/2 jar caramal ice cream topping
1/2 can hershey's syrup
Mix cake mix, pudding, soda and sour cream. Stir well for 3 minutes, stir in chocolate chips and pecans. Pour into sprayed 9X13 pan or bundt pan. Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes. Let cool or remove bundt cake from pan. Poke holes in top of cake. Pour syrups over top of cake, slice and serve with whipped cream. 24 servings.

Peanut Butter Better Than Sex Cake

18 1/4 oz chocolate cake mix - devil's food, 1 box
10 oz. Diet Coke
1 egg white
7 oz. FF sweetened condensed milk - 10T
2 Tablespoons lowfat peanut butter
8 oz. (1 tub) Cool Whip Free, thawed
7 Nestle Fun Size Butterfinger candy bars
Combine cake mix, diet cola, and egg white. Bake according to cake mix instructions in a floured 9x13 pan. A few minutes before the cake is to be done combine sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter in sauce pan. Cook and stir on low to make creamy and warm. When cake is done and still hot, poke holes in top of cake with knife or handle of wooden spoon and pour peanut butter mixture over top of cake. You may have to spread the mixture a little to help it go down into the holes. Sprinkle top with half of chopped Butterfingers. Cool cake completely. Cover with Cool Whip and sprinkle remaining Butterfingers over top. Keep in fridge until ready to serve.

One lemon cake mix
10 fl oz Sprite Diet Sprite
1 items egg white(s)
1( 0.3 oz.) Jell-O Sugar-Free Lemon
7 oz fat-free sweetened condensed milk
8 oz Cool Whip Free Whipped Topping
2 tsp lemon extract
Mix Lemon cake mix, egg white and diet soda. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean, in a greased 9x13 pan. During the last few minutes of baking, put 1 package of lemon jello and condensed milk in a sauce pan and stir on medium low heat till smooth. Take cake out of oven, and poke holes all over the top. Pour jello mix over warm cake, filling in the holes. Cool completely. Mix 2 tsp lemon extract with cool whip. Cover cake with cool whip mix. Place cake in fridge till ready to serve.

1 box Devil's Food Cake Mix
10oz Diet Cola
1 egg white
6oz Fat Free Caramel ice cream topping
7oz RF or FF condensed milk
1cup Heath Bar bits (found by the choc. chips)
1 container FF cool whip
Mix cake mix, egg white and diet soda. Bake as directed in a 9x13 pan. During the last few minutes of baking, put caramel and condensed milk in a sauce pan and stir on medium low heat until mixed. Take cake out of oven, and poke holes all over the top. Pour caramel mixture over cake, filling in the holes. Sprinkle heath bits over the top, reserving some for the top. Cool completely. Cover with container of cool whip and sprinkle with remaining heath bits. Put in fridge until ready to serve.
Cut into 24 pieces, 3 pts a piece

Cherry-Chocolate Better than Sex Cake

1 box Devil's Food Cake mix
10-oz Diet Wild Cherry Pepsi
(Diet Dr. Pepper or plain Diet Coke / Diet Pepsi will work just fine, too!)
1 egg white
2 (4-serving) boxes fat-free, sugar-free black cherry JELL-O
7oz fat-free sweetened condensed milk
1 container fat-free cool whip
24 maraschino cherries, drained and patted dry with a paper towel.
1/3 cup mini chocolate chips (optional) (points will be 3 per serving either way)
Directions:
Mix cake mix, egg white and diet cherry soda. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out smooth in a greased 9x13 pan. During the last few minutes of baking, put 1 package of JELL-O and condensed milk in a sauce pan and stir on medium low heat until smooth. (Keep an eye on it to make sure it doesn't burn!) Take cake out of oven, and poke holes all over the top. Pour JELL-O mixture over warm cake, filling in the holes. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the top. Cool completely. Mix 2nd package of JELL-O with cool whip. Cover cake with cool whip mixture and arrange 24 cherries on top. Put in fridge until ready to serve.
