Lazy Cabbage
Yield: 4 servings; 6 points per serving
1 lb. breakfast or Italian Sausage
Chopped onion and green pepper
4 Cups shredded cabbage
2 28 oz canned tomatoes (drain one)
1/2 Cup Minute Rice (dry)
Brown meat, onion and pepper, drain any fat Combine all ingredients together in a sprayed 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 325° F. covered for 1 1/2 hours. May be topped with Salsa before serving.

Pierogi Primavera with Kielbasi
Yield: 4 servings; 6 points per serving
4 serving reduced fat kielbasi
4 serving mini pierogi
2/3 cup onion(s)
6 clove garlic clove(s)
1 cup sweet red pepper(s)
1 cup broccoli
1 1/2 cup cauliflower
1/4 tsp dried thyme
5 sprays olive oil cooking spray
Cook Pierogis, broccoli and cauliflower. Thinly slice kielbasi. In large pan, saute onions, garlic and thyme in olive oil. Add kielbasi and red pepper till lightly browned. Add cooked pierogis and rest of veggies. Toss gently and cook slightly to blend flavors.

Brown Sugar And Mustard Kielbasa
Yield: 5 servings; 4 points per serving
1 lb Oscar Mayer 2/3 less fat Turkey Kielbasa
1 onion sliced thin
1/2 c FF chicken broth
1/2 c spicy brown mustard
3 Tbs. brown sugar
Bring Kielbasa, onion and broth to a boil in large skillet. Reduce and simmer 10-15 minutes to cook onion. (Do not let it cook dry.) Additional broth can be added if needed without changing points.
Stir in mustard and brown sugar and cook uncovered on medium heat. Stir frequently 10 minutes until sauce thickens. Serve hot.

Kielbasa And Red Beans
Yield: 4 servings; 5 points per serving
14 oz package Healthy Choice Turkey Smoked Sausage, sliced into 1/2" pieces
1 small onion,sliced
1 ea of garlic,minced
15.5 oz can of kidney beans
1 c of salsa
salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes to taste
dash of hot sauce
cooking spray
Spray medium saucepan with non-stick cooking spray. Saute garlic and onions about 2 minutes (until softened but not mushy). Add smoked sausage; stir and cook sausage for 2 minutes. Add beans, salsa, spices and hot sauce. Bring to just before boiling, lower heat, cover and simmer for about 25 minutes. Serve over rice, if desired.

Polish Noodle Casserole
Yield: 8 servings; 8 points per serving
12 oz no-yolk egg noodles
16 oz Turkey Polska Kielbasa
8 oz frozen corn kernels
1/2 cup fat-free chicken broth
2 cup fat-free sour cream
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp dry mustard
2 Tbsp minced onion
1/2 tsp table salt
3 oz grated Parmesan cheese
Cook No Yolk noodles according to package directions, drain well. In a large bowl, combine kielbasa, sour cream, minced onions, salt pepper, chicken broth, and mustard. Stir in corn. Gently fold in noodles. Spray 9x13 casserole dish with PAM and add mixture. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Return to oven uncovered for an additional 5-10 minutes.
