Key Lime Cheesecake
Yield: 8 servings; 2 points per serving
2 c crushed bran flakes
2 tbs reduced margarine melted
8 oz ff cool whip
6 oz ww key lime yogurt
4 oz ff cream cheese
1 small pack sf ff vanilla instant pudding
Mix cereal with butter in pie pan. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes, cool. Mix all other ingredients until thick and well blended, pour into cooled pie crust. Chill until set.
Can vary the recipe by using different flavors of yogurt.

Blueberry Angel Dessert
Yield: 12 servings; 4 points per serving
8 oz Light Cream Cheese
1/2 cup powdered sugar
8 oz Fat Free Whipped Topping
14 oz store bought angel food cake, cubed
21 oz can Blueberry Pie Filling
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar. Fold in the cool whip and cake, cut into 1-inch cubes. Spread evenly into a 9x13 pan and top with pie filling. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into squares.
