Chili Dogs
Yields 4 servings at 5 points per serving
4 average fat-free beef and pork hot dogs
4 medium reduced-calorie hot dog buns
15 ounces canned low-fat chili
1/4 cup minced red onion
1/2 cup shredded low-fat cheddar cheese
1 serving olive oil cooking spray
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place hot dogs in buns; top each with about 1/4 cup of chili, 1 tablespoon of onion and 2 tablespoons of cheese. Lightly coat cheese with cooking spray.
Wrap hot dogs in foil; cook until warmed through and cheese is melted, about 15 minutes. Serve hot.

Pigs in a Blanket
Yield: 8 servings; 5 points per serving
8 Fat Free Franks (I use Ball Park)
1 Pkg Reduced Fat Crescent Roll Dough
8 Slices of 2% American Cheese
Preheat oven to 375. Slice franks ½ - ¾ lengthwise to make a pocket for the cheese. Stack and slice cheese into five strips. Stuff 5 strips into each frank.
Starting at the longer edge to shorter, roll crescent roll around frank and cheese. Place on foil lined baking pan and bake for 11 – 13 minutes until browned & cheese is melted. Serve with baked frozen fries and ketchup or mustard.

Corn Dogs
Yield: 8 servings; 5.5 points per serving
1 can (11.5 oz) refrigerated cornbread twists
8 low fat turkey franks
PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Unroll cornbread twists; separate into 16 pieces. Spiral wrap 2 cornbread twists around each frank.
PLACE wrapped franks, seam sides down, on baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes or until cornbread is light golden brown.
SERVE with yellow mustard, ketchup, KRAFT Barbecue Sauce or honey, if desired.
