Beer Chops
Yield: 4 servings; 4 points per serving
1 1/2 pounds pork loin chops -- boneless, trimmed, 4- 6 oz
2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
1/2 cup light beer -- room temperature
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon fresh ginger -- peeled & grated or 1/2 tsp dry
1 clove garlic -- minced or 1/8 tsp powder
Combine marinade ingredients together well; place chops in a self-sealing plastic bag and pour marinade over, seal bag and refrigerate 4-24 hours, turning bag occasionally. Prepare grill. Remove chops from marinade; place on grill, lower grill lid and grill for 10 minutes, turning once or till done.

Grilled Asian Pork Chops
Yield: 6 servings; 4 points per serving
6 T low sodium soy sauce
1 t pepper
2 t toasted sesame oil
2 t lime juice
6 garlic cloves minced
6 (4 oz) boneless center cut loin pork chops (1/4 to 1/2 inch thick )
Prepare grill. Combine all ingredients in a large ziplock baggie then add pork chops and marinate in the refrigerator for 10 minutes remove from marinade and discard.
Cook chops on grill racks covered three to four minutes on each side or until done. Yield 6 servings.

Grilled Teriyaki Pork Chops
Yield: 4 servings; 7 points per serving
4 chop lean boneless pork chop
16 oz reduced-calorie Italian salad dressing
2 t minced garlic
4 T teriyaki sauce
Mix all ingredients well in a ziplock freezer bag, except chops.
Stab chops on both sides many times. Put chops in baggie, seal and let marinate in fridge for no less than four hours. Salt and pepper both sides of chops when you pull them out to grill. Sear them for four minutes on each side. Then cook for approximately seven minutes more. They are done when juices run clear.

Cajun Grilled Chops
Yield: 4 servings; 4 points per serving
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp dried sage
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 serving 1 tsp Lawry's
1 pound lean boneless pork chop
Combine seasonings, mix well. Coat chops with seasoning mixture. Grill directly over medium-high heat 7-8 minutes per side, turning once.
